Who do you use for blower freshing/service? I've heard good things about Mayer (DMPE) lately. 575SCi blowers.

I know of about 5 guys (all from Michigan) who have taken their blowers for rebuilds to Darin Mayer's shop in Stevensville, Michigan. Four of the 5 guys were very happy.
"Guy #5" took 4 blowers (all B&M 250's) to Mayer's shop for rebuilds. Once Mayer had rebuilt them, then guy #5 picked up the blowers from Mayer's shop and guy #5 told me 2 of the 4 blowers were fine and the other 2 blowers had problems...one had a bad bearing that had been newly installed by Mayer's shop that he found out about while it was on the dyno and the other blower's tefflon strip had come off after it was newly installed by Mayer. Guy #5 told me he wasn't happy because of all the time it cost him in returning the blowers to Mayer's shop.....but Mayer DID back up his mistakes and made good on the repairs and warrantee...all was well afterwards.
3 of the 5 guys had their blowers rebuilt after guy #5 and they seemed to be very happy....a couple even had nylon strips.
Ben of Precision Power Offshore drove something like 5 blowers to Mayer's doorstep for rebuilds this past summer and did not have any problems and is very happy with Mayer's work and pricing. I think 3 of the 5 blowers were from the Merc 575SCI. If you want to call Ben he is located in Spring Lake, Michigan. (616) 889-2234

"Dominator Scott" also sent both of his superchargers to Mayer's shop in Stevenville and told me he was very happy with the outcome of the rebuilds. You will not find "Dominator Scott" on OSO....he hangs out on the Speedwake website/forum and everybody knows him over there so, it would be very easy to locate him over there...just ask around.
