Default Looking for 1970's era Rulebook

I am looking for an old rulebook from APBA fromthe 70's. Can't locate mine and we are going to use a modified version of these rules for the June open ocean race.

Any help is appreciated.

Here is the checklist the inspectors used when they checked the boats running the races in 1966.

OFFSHORE RACING CHECKLIST ……1966

ENGINES:
Carburetors must be fitted with flame arrestors
Engines must have rigid covers
Engine compartments must be adequately ventilated.

EXHAUSTS
Exhaust systems must be water cooled through the transom, sides or bottom of the boat.
Dry stack exhausts not permitted.

FUEL
All fuel must be carried in tanks suitably secured and ventilated.

SAFETY
The following equipment is obligatory:
Crash helmets
An inflatable dinghy with bottle inflation or stowed on board already inflated, large enough to carry the crew.
A permanently installed bilge pump and either a manual bilge pump or a bucket.
Two Coast Guard approved fire extinguishers.
A Coast Guard or race Committee approved life jacket to be worn by each member of the crew throughout the race.
Electric navigation lights in accordance with International Rules for Preventing Collisions at Sea.
Two powerful waterproof flashlights.
Suitable anchor and not less than 200 feet of line.
At least 6 flares of the rocket type. Parachute flares are recommended but not obligatory.
An efficient foghorn.
A bell for vessels 26 feet and over.
A First Aid kit.
A permanently installed steering compass, illuminated, properly swung and corrected.
A radar reflector must be on board.
Sufficient food and drinking water.
Charts as designated by the race committee.

RADIO
A properly installed ship-to-shore radio-telephone in an unexposed location with a minimum power of 25 watts input and frequency 2182 and any other frequencies which may be designated by the race committee.

STOWAGE
All equipment must be securely stowed to the satisfaction of the race committee or referee. Safety equipment listed above must be so stowed as to be readily available in an emergency.

Additional UIM Requirements
Inboard boats must have properly installed fire extinguisher system.
A lifebuoy.
Suitable gear for anchoring or berthing.
A Yellow flag.
Boats must have their national ensign painted or flying.
