Default St Louis / Kansas City / Wichita

Doing some marketing to these areas and was wondering what are the upscale areas of each city or suburbs or the areas (north/south etc) to stay away from. I will be marketing a higher end product with these demos.

45 to 60 age
150K+ household income
home value of 200K+

Thanks!

In St. Louis the higher demographic areas border Hwy 40/I-64 from Chesterfield to Clayton, and include Clayton, Ladue, Brentwood, Frontenac, Town and Country, Des Peres, Creve Coeur, Chesterfield, and extending south a bit to Wildwood, Ellisville, Ballwin and Manchester.

in KC you will prolly want to stay to the South, Overland park, Shawnee Mission, Olathe, Fairway staying away from the Eastern part of KC would be best.

You should check Lee's Summit MO., it's east of KC and
@2 hours from LOTO
I don't think 200K will get you much on the KS side.

These are the areas you want to hit. Not sure adding St. Charles would be effective, few and far between there...

If you want to include the Villages and Porto Cima you'll need to add Sunrise Beach.
