i lived there from 97 to 2000. Great boating and GREAT seafood. Was a bit banjo in areas but now I assume it is much more civilized. Developed 2000 acres 5 minutes from the Dahlgren base.

I've lived about 15 miles from there all my life. It's a nice area, they are doing thier best to clean it up a bit. Some parts have a lot of Mexicans that can be a little rough, but ok for the most part. Great boating on the Potomac. Looking for any certain answers just ask & I'll do my best to answer them for you.

We have a house right across the river from there. A nice place with good restaurants. A little on the older side of life for some but still has its good points. Boating in the area is also good with easy access to the bay and surrounding waters.

Matt, Enforcer24 on here lives there.

I'll have to wait and see how it goes. I put in for the job, but they usually try to select someone from the local offices.

The cost of living (housing anyway) is probably much lower than where you live now. If you get the same or better salary, you should be ahead of the game. I worked at Dahlgren 96-03.
