Default question about BMW 325ci

neighbor passed with a 2003 2 door 325ci , loaded with 29,470 ish miles..

asked me to take a look see if it was wrecked..very clean car ,never wrecked ...

they said the owner wants 19k for it..

is that a good deal?

anything to look for?

thanks ,

eric

I have the same car for one of my daughter's

bought it new, it's been an excellent car...

IMO, not knowing what packagaes it has, 19k is top $$$, if it has sport, premium, xenon's and upgrade radio with those miles 19k isn't unrealistic, I would think 17.5-18k would be a fair buy. Ours has 45k miles and I have 3 standing offers at 17k...

it had 245/45/17's tires on the rear , the stereo rocked , was very clear , but i didn't look at the headlights (on) to see if they were xenon's..

i thought the car was a good deal ,very clean...

i will let him know...

thanks ,

eric

If you have 3 offers at $17k take the first one to SHOW YOU THE MONEY !!

Just bought 1 for a friend of mine... 2004 in tittanium with 21,400 miles on it with sport and prem pkgs and Nav for $18000...sold it to him for $18,800.

it's gonna cost me about 42k for a new 328i, so I figure since this is really a flawless car, i'll save that 25k additional expense for another time..

I've been in auto biz for 20 years and IMO if its the nicest one in the world loaded with every option and an automatic trans $17,000 is the earth moon and stars...this style of BMW has softened quite a bit since the new body style came out. Your going to see alot of 3 series on the market...the new diesel is the hot ticket

I beg to differ, your territory is wayyyyyyyy different than here, this is the largest BMW market in the world, the dealer was at 16k on a trade and he could sell it in 2 hours he said for 18.5k. He has over 10 converts on the lot and not a single hardtop, he calls me every two weeks wanting it, they BEG everyone for clean 2003-2004 coupes, I just do NOT want to spend another 20-25k right now, or I would jump...
