Default Carbon Fiber

Does this stuff need to be stored in a freezer until used?

The other day one of our labs at work was cleaning house and where throwing boxes of unused CF away. All still in rolls of 2' up to 8?' wide. Enough to fill a van top to bottom, and that might be an under estimate.

grab it! if its pre-preg (already has epoxy in it) it will need to be kept cold. if it is dry it will last forever. . . . . well maybe not forever but its half life is 5700 years so i think you should be OK

wanna get rid of any of it?

I only grabbed a small roll just to experiment with, if ever. Don't see anything on it that looks like it's pre-pregged. Looks just like FG matting to me, but stiff. A co worker mentioned it needed to be kept cold, so maybe it does. Walked by it for 2 days thinking there must be a chit load of $$ sitting there and thinking I should load it all up, but didn't. Might have been a few OL's right there.
Got all hauled away today by the trash service.
