Default What payment to accept-out of country sale

I've got a 27' Magnum hull for sale and a guy from the Virgin Islands wants to purchase it. Is a money order the best form of payment?
After the payment clears (what ever form I accept) I'll deliver the boat to Tropical Shipping.
Your thoughts on this are appreciated! Thanks!

I agree with both of the above. Wire transfers are the safest mode in my opinion because you are in total control. If something does not work out, they can not come back and get the money, and not to be absurd, but out of the country counterfeiters have been known to happen. Good luck.

Dont do anything till the money is in your bank via wire. I had a similar issue selling my last boat to a guy in Sas. Canada......he only had to stay one night. Started the wire in the morning and was there that night. They tell you it can take up to a couple days, but it usually doesnt.
