Two full engine rebuilds. 30k.
I got the trailer finished and registered, but due to the fact you cannot tow over 4.5 tonnes, it is no good, so I have to buy a fifth wheel trailer to tow it!.
I"m also going to take the flat cig engine hatch off and put big apache race hatches, and put 3man bolster seats in it.
So when it is done it will look great!. How is your scarab?

The Scarab's not going too bad. I had it in the water for New Year's but got an overheat in the starboard engine the next day. So I had to limp home on port motor with no powersteering & get it on the trailer. Chipped a bit off the bottom. So I have a little gelcoating to do.

Did anyone catch Need for Speed Boats on the disc. channel last week. Great Program!! Showed the world record run and had interveiws w/ Ken Warby and Reggie Fountain.
