How long will a set of aluminum exhaust manifolds and risers last running in fresh water and occasionaly brackish water? I've been looking at Revolution until I found a site that will sell me an EMI set with everything for $1215 to my door. I cant find any warranty info at either website either.

Aluminum exhaust manifolds and risers should last a long time (10 plus years) in those conditions. EMI warranty is five years.

My two Spectras I've sold to friends [ 1972 & 1976 ] still have their original logs with thousands of hours on them . The 1978 Spectra jet we still have also has the original logs .The Revolution , Kodiak , EMI etc......should last just as long if you taking care of them flushing out after each
use .

I have had my stainless marine dry set up since 94 or 95 I for get and thats salt water only, but do flush after use. art
