No Fountain ads

I just got my march issue of powerboat and I noticed that there were no Fountain ads. I am use to seeing a two page ad in the first few pages. Is this a sign of cut backs.????????????

They have a 4 page deal in "Boating" for March (express cruiser and fishboat). My response to that: "Where are the REAL Fountains?".
