There's a shop here that makes custom fuel tanks: aluminum or stainless. Not cheap, but good work.

methanol likes to eat stuff... make sure EVERYTHING else is compatable. fuel lines, seals o-rings etc.

For your calculations- 7.5 gallons per cubic foot of volume.

Gator 1 is keeping it a secret how big his tanks are but we did some ruff calculations and seems like a good poker run with some good water and were thinkin 15-20 gallons an hour ....

You would think any local welding shop could make any size ya need....Just order the sheet of stainless lay it out, and have a sheet metal shop bend it up and weld the seems......

looks like gators is a standard fuel cell...
