Need a cam recomendation for a 454, .030 over. Was running a Reed .561/.576 lift on 104degree with 110 lobe separation. The engine had large oval port heads with the bigger valves, edelbrock RPM performer intake, Holley, Stainless marine dry exhaust, roller rockers w/ solid lifters. Not roller lifters. Got some water in the engine and I'm rebuilding and changing to the large oval port heads with smaller valves(had them laying around), hydraulic lifters and I need an intake and cam recommendation.

how did you get water into the engine? presure test your manafolds and test your pipes. i had that happen & found 1 pipe had a crack inside. plug the bottom & fill it with water over night to see if pipe holds. manafolds should hold 20 psi
