Default Has anyone fished off of their go fast?

Since buying my boat, several of my friends have made the comment that I should have bought a fishing boat. My response is "If I want to fish, I will charter a boat with a captain.

I am talking about the friends that want to go out, but will turn away when it is time to buy drinks, food, or gas on the trip.

Has anyone used their boat to fish off of, even just once?

One thing for sure if I decide to go out on a fishing trip, I will be the first one to the hole.

Why yes I have, caught something that smelled a lot like tuna I was about 2' off the Turtle Club at the time. Jumped right into my boat.

Once.
Took a buddy out to fish.
Didn't catch a gawdamn thing but a buzz.
Had to answer the phone on the way back in, and turned the wheel over to him to duck into the cabin out of the noise.
next thing I hear is THUD.
Demolished my 3-blade cleaver.

If you want fish - I'll point you to a good restaurant.

The OSO cig won the annual Lap Flounder Tourney every year. Very expensive "rod-holders" though!
