I'm in SW Fl. airport waiting for my DELAYED flight....if it gets bad I'll just stay another night.. 
From what I hear, the condo is ready to get wet but the Concept on the other hand.....
I'll probably hang the drives on the boat this weekend then put the blowers and exhaust on after that! Should be ready to go really soon!!!
