Answer is: we don't find any ins. co. for this market ( looks like they fear blowers) They are still trying to contact other company but I think it hard to believe...

It's not a 160 mph cat, it's only a 85 mph V...

I had a bit_h of a time getting insurance on my boat (2005 25 Outlaw with a 375 mag). I have a perfect record and perfect credit but no regular insurance company even wanted to deal with it. I'm now with Premier Marine...pay about $1400.00 a year. Best of luck to ya.

Here is something to be aware of. They will give you a 10% discount if you have an alarm system ( I expect it would need to be monitored ) also another 10% discount if kept on a lift. Worth looking into.

I am with Premier Marine; $1085/ year. Had a heck of a time finding anyone. also first year is $5000.00 deductable.

I use Verge Insurance in St.Catherines $1000 deductable.
Boat insured for 120k and the trailer for 12k i pay $ 2700 a year with 4 month lay up .
