I bought my Weather Pack inventory at Waytek. The bodies are the same, you just need the 10-12 pins and blue seals.

Actually, I just re-read that. PM me your address and I'll mail you some pins. I have the 10-12 gauge pins in my weather pack kit. Delcity does have them too.

Do you have the connectors, if not I'll send a pair.

Rob, I am redoing my hatch lift also. I will probably install ring connectors and bolt the wires together and then heat shrink the connections. IMO, the hatch lift does not need a quick disconnect and the connectors are easily corroded. Food for thought anyway.

Well Ive been taking the motors out every winter, the wire on the lift motor is getting shortIt comes from the factory with a non weather proff conector, so it coroded and Ive been putting a heat shrink conectors since, Also If I have to get to anything down the center of the 2 motors , its makes it nice to remove the lift , It looks like its only around 5.00 for a weather pack conectors. Thanks to Joe92GT
for the part #'s

I bought 2 of these stainless button handle style quick releases.I even polished them. http://www.directindustry.com/prod/j...13-255268.html no more bolts.

at .49 each http://www.delcity.net/delcity/servl...geitem=1&new=y I figure I might as well buy a few different ones and some extra pins for screwing up

I was doing some searching and found this site also www.terminalsupplyco.com pretty big selection.

Ben Ive bought most of my weatherproof conectors from them http://order.waytekwire.com/IMAGES/M...og/220_033.PDF

Hey Rob, You didn't remember that I am your connector source. Don't use those weatherpack series stuff. Limited resources from Delphi. I stock some quantities of that series. The Metric Pack series is huge. The 480 series in the sealed version is what you are looking for your application. See the link and page 6 of the pdf. Available up to a 5.0mm (10 gauge) wire. We stock the components (terminals, sealed and secondary locks) and have the 2 cavity male and female also. This is the same connector used in an OEM wire harness we make for a major performance marine manufacturer. Let me know if you still need some sets.
