Default Drive toe 86 Baja 320

I was standing on the back of the boat looking down at the gimbles with no drives, looks like they are toed in alot, how do I find zero toe to start with? I have searched but can only find toe in or toe out, nothing about starting at zero.

Anyone know?

drives need to be on. no props. measure center of prop shaft and center of bullet.
sounds as if you have an internal tie bar.
