Default Anyone use Interlux-Perfection bildge paint?

I bought the Interlux-Perfection 2 part system to do my bildge. It's all Gell except for one area that I had glass work done. I de greased it and powerwashed it. Should I sand or scuff it with atleast a red Scotchbrite pad for adhesion or can I get away with wiping it down with wax and grease remover and rolling right over it? I want to do this once without any adhesion problems.....Thanks
