Say whatever you want about the boats or RMF, etc. but I was there (at the factory for the testing and with the run in Aug. '05) and the force that is Fountain is just overwhelming when it comes to the Kilo. (I was a dealer at the time so I was very close to the project)

I just don't think anyone can beat them in the kilos. And, all things considered, anywhere else. With that being said, I 've owned just about every boat mfg made.....

But, it will be fun

this video was Washington '06, running the big Adiabatic powerplants. most amazing display of speed ive seen out of a Vee bottom. totally impressive.

and then, we were up at sunrise on the Pamlico in August of 2007 waiting on the boat to run that Sunday, but word was they couldnt get it up on plane, so they didnt run it.

What was the FINAL say on the Fountain VS Outerlimits? Did Fiore ever make a formal statement about why they left? Will it ever happen again?

The OL's huge HP motor had issues and they couldn't get them to run right, so they left. Maybe they'll come to run in Lake Cumberland, it's right by one of OL's biggest dealers.
