WOW! I'm guessing it was a high speed chase??? Within about 8 seconds there's a cop on scene from the same direction, and about 5 seconds after that theres one coming in the opposite way. Either way......DANG!

It wasn't a police chase.
That actually happened here in South Jersey at the Great Egg toll plaza on the Garden State Parkway, and that police car isn't a State Trooper.
I don't remember the exact story, but they did think the guy had a haeart attack or stroke or something. It was 50 something year old guy driving.
