supercharger?

I perfer whipple others like procharger. Each has its benifts and problems. Whipples offer more power and torque earlier in the rpm range while the procharger makes most of its power at a higher rpm range. It depends on all what you are looking for. Search the threds in General and technical there is a lot there on both
One note Whipple just came out with a new Kit for the HP500. The old one which had problems fitting in twin engine applications may be available at a reduced price. The new version replaces the intake and the old one just bolts up to the stock air intake plenum.

I have about 45 hours on a Whipplecharged 502 Mag in a 2000 Velocity 280. Have had virtually no problems. It starts well, idles fine, and has been reliable so far. Dustin was very helpful before, during, and after the sale. Know of about ten other successful Whipple installations.
