Default engine to cold !

would like to get some heat in the engine,runs to cold.I have a whipple quadrotor settup on top of a indy blower intake,it has 2 water outlets in the front and thats it, would be nice to have a stat housing with a bypass of some sort.any ideas would be great. thanks

You could always restrict the flow somehow. Maybe reduce the size line going to it. Or even put a valve inline that can be toggled.

Are you using a theromstat? I was having a similar problem w/out a thermostat, water in Lake Mi cold be 72 one day and 55 the next. I installed thermostat with (4) 1/8" holes drilled. All my problems went away.

I have no stat housing, the intake only has 2 water outlets on the face of the casting and thats it.
