I am sure this was only a coincidence, but I had a yellow lab for 11 years that I had lost to cancer in Feb. I always had fun with him. My daughter once had put her pink sunglasses on him and that memory always stuck with me of how good he was.

Well I came into the hotel room and what did I have sitting on the dresser for the weekend ....




Then I got a text message from my wife asking me if I wanted a lab puppy...

Sure enough I picked a black lab on Tuesday.

Thanks for a great place in Ocean City that I consider my second home...

Sweet!!!! You got a new black lab! I have yellow lab, his name is Hughey and is trained to respond to me and my girlfriend when he hears any alarm such as fire alarm, carbon monxide alarm, cook alarm, etc....Labs are wonderful....
