Okay folks I’m only three posts away from the big 5000. I’ve been on this site since 1999 and that number seems small for all those years but my fingers feel the strain of typing.

Here’s a little contest for you all. I want the magic number 5000 post & Thread to be special and would like to have some suggestions on what you think it should be about.

Start a Thread titled "Job Ideas For TEAMBAJA"

This could be a very beneficial thread for me since obviously there wont be enough dirt for me to continue sweeping the floors at the "former" Baja factory.

At this time, I dont know what the next step is, or if it will involve boats so I need some ideas.

Example #1: Beer Taste Tester.......This might be a good job for me. I have experience in the field, lots of references, and support the industry.

Example #2: Steve Irwins replacement.........Not such a great idea. Im afraid of snakes. I would probably get a verbal warning or even written up for telling my boss to f*ck off if he wanted me to jump in a swamp with a gator.

You get the idea!

How about something along the lines of how much money can you spend on a Baja and how much improved the boat is since the day it left the factory.


How about how many laughs and stories and friends you have experienced as a result of buying and keeping that boat.

How about a story about how your boat can go 100 mph in 6-8 footers

Yes you are all winners and I greatly appreciate the ideas. All of them are good and I'll touch base on each idea.
