My Water cooled Exhausts are 2" short in this application. I have a quote for extensions of the double wall pipe ($$$)

Is it feasible to weld on a 3" length of 4" diameter .074 wall 316 tubing to the end? Or will there be too much temperature deviation between the cooled and non-cooled 3" extension?

(Exhausts work great at speed)

CLAMP ON MUFFLERS should do it at 400 to 500 a set you could cut out the insides to keep it loud

call up burns stainless and buy yourself some 8" lengths of stainless and just weld them on. youll be fine. i think they were 20 bucks each when i did it. piece of cake.

I cut up some old tips I had laying around and added 4" on each side.
