I ask that anyone with a few spare seconds sign this petition. A very close friend of mine lost her 16 yr. old brother in Miami a few weeks ago from a violent crime against a minor. He was brutally shot to death for a gold chain he was wearing. The family does not want their brother to die in vain......they accept that this was God's will and want his passing to help as many people as possible. They are trying to have new laws passed for criminals who act out against minors.......70,000 signatures is the goal......... thanks for your time........
