I have to say that today I was at Bald Knob on a friends boat and a clown in a Profile was hammering it around and around the lake and the Sheriff sitting at the dock did nothing.
He even ran out of gas and was towed in...filled it up and ran around again.
So much for any trouble with the noise or speed....
