You might try BAM marine or likely would be better to have a machine shop fab the stuff you need. If I recall, they're standard 1/2" diameter SS stock. For the shaft on the trim cylinder I was able to use a simple hardened 1/2" SS bolt & locknut (just don't over-tighten).
