I would think that since it is a giant triple engine boat that needs 400 gallons of fuel to do a 2 hour poker run, that there is a limited market. It is also almost 10 years old.
But if you were looking for something like that, I would think that it would be a decent deal.
No offense to the outer limits contingent out there.

personally I like the boat..The 47 is now a stretched 51 OL without some of the new lay-ups. I would sell the motors, throw 3-700's in there..Glass the transom so the exhaust exit's below waterline like Nortech does, or get the new Merc cancellation boxes that will be out shortly. Then you have a package that will do about 102-105mph, and still be reliable, quiet and look almost as good as my Nor-Tech..

Remember the 2000 37 Stilleto with Pfaff 900's just sold at National/Yacht Auctions for 92K. It needed a pair of #6's and props to get it wet. Same boat was advertised by a local dealer for 200K and listed it as a 100+ MPH boat. It was a repo.
Shogren was trying to get 399K for an 05 51 w/ fresh 1075's/Myco last month when everyone else is trying to get 495K+++ for their 51's.
Price is a good starting place, nice looking boat but smokin' deal...............Not yet.

Nice boat but that "stuff" is 10 years old now and may require a lot of new dollars to keep it running. Price is relative to age/big power/triples.
