Does not seem like a good idea to me?

I don't want anything on the transom that does not make the boat move forward or help me get back on the boat.

The only radio on my boat is the VHF.

Big blower motors put out the best music there is.

I know there was a crownline on another board that had a pretty serious system and some speakers on the transom. I don't know how well it would work, but I would like it

Only speakers on my transom are 2 4" round ones. They're shiny. My amp is a BB 502. They're not made by Pioneer tho.

Nor Tech does that. Seen it on a couple boats at their engine shop that had the through hull exhaust removed and their new underwater system in it. Filled the holes in the transom perfectly.

If you are going to do it I recommend Sonance Speakers they tested them on the great barrier reef for quite some time and will take the harsh salt water environment just my opinion best on the market.... www.sonance.com

here is anoher way to use them when needed and out of the elements..I had Nortech make a fiberglass enclosure that looks like my scoops..they put a thick rubberpad on the bottom..Works and sounds great, especially with the rear mounted remote.
