Cozzi is the best there is at marine survey.
Among other things, he was Howard Quam's throttleman on Flap Jack, he's a HORBA board member and he knows more about offshore performance boats than any 20 of us put together. He's been there, done that, got the t-shirt. His survey's are a bargain.
