Question

Is that the yellow Fountain I saw at the Metro Beach Race last year?

If it is, who did the gorgeousl paint?

While I don't personally know the owners, I do know the boat and have seen it race in a number of GLSCS races.
It's beautiful,
it's in mint condition,
and the thing screams !!!
It won't surprise me if somebody wanting to be a "Big Dawg" down at LOTO buys this boat

Cool

Thanks for the compliment Mike.

But during the race we have the boat propped to run at a maximum speed of about 110, but with help from our friends at Mercury Racing this boat runs an easy 120.

The paint was done at the Fountain factory (the yellow is in the gelcoat) and then enhanced at a custom shop here in Wisconsin.

THis boat is as close to new as you can get inside and out.

Question

When you say, a canopied 40' Fountain, is that going to be like the Znetix Fountain that won the world championships last year?

Also who did the exhaust on your boat? because I haven't seen it run like that on a Fountain like yours before.

To answer your question, the next boat is almost identical to the Znetix Boat except that we are planning on powering it with the new Mercury 1050 Sci Engines that debuted at the 2002 Miami Boat Show.

CMI custom-built our exhaust tips and swimplatform cover. Sweet!

Will your new boat be ready for the first race in the Great Lakes Silver Cup Series?

Just curious, is your new hull done at the Fountain or Skater plant? It will be awsome! Clay F2-40 Lady Hustler

To answer your questions Clay and trmptr4484 the hull will be built at the Fountain factory as was Znetix. However we are hoping to have the boat rigged at Victory.

And we should have it by the first race. (But you know how that goes when you're building a boat)
