I just purchased a 500 hp carb. I also purchased a set of emi exhaust with the short risers that i have on my 454. I was planning on taking the emi off and putting them on the 500 but after thinking about it emi does not suggest running there exhaust with a high performance cam the cam is the stock cam. Is this gonna cause problems for the 500? or will i be fine.

I would call EMI directly. They wll know if you will have a reversion problem or not.

I did and the guy i talked sounded like he wasn't sure i will give them a call again in the morning. I thought some one on here might have used them on a 500 or is using them on a 500.
