Default Ok, WTF am I doing wrong here?

I'm trying to attach some images, and I must be doing something wrong. I scanned some photos in, and resized them to less than 150kb. I've tried to this several ways, mostly by adjusting a combination of the resolution and the physical image size. The image appears fine on the screen, and is centered in the frame. Yet, look at the result that appears when the image is posted.

Hey Cord, I right-clicked on it and looked on the properties. It said that the file is a *.php file. The board can only display *.gif or *.jpg images. Hope this helps. Click on "Save as" in your photo program and resave it as one of those two. Then try again!

Remember my post the other day when I was trying to copy images off the board and they were only .php files? Apparently they are converting the file, because I attached a .jpg file.
