Default Need some info on an oil thermostat set-up plz

I was recommended to get an oil thermostat for my 502mpi. As far as i know, it doesn't currently have one, but i wouldn't know what to look for. Can someone please just give me the quick and the dirty on how it hooks up and how it works and where i could get one that would work good for my engine. Thanks

Ryan

All you need to know about marine oiling-

Don't use an automotive t-stat. They're set to open at around 170. You need your oil to get over 212 to cook off the moisture.
