2000 500efi, how good are the internals?

2000 500efi, how good are the internals?

Would you feel safe building an 800hp roots blown motor and spinning it to 6 grand with the stock crank and rods?

depends on the amount of boost you are considering running, thats going to be the factor there...Rob

rods and pistons, yes, crank only for a while. Dave at MDG and I discussed this for the future with the tiger. Your boat is much lighter though, I would spend the little extra for a good crank Sean...

4 seasons on stock crank,the bearing shows no flex, on my stocks rods it was going to cost me 250 to redo them I bought a new set of Eagles for 309.00
