After much debating about buying another boat we ended up buying the 260 Stinger that I have been eyeballing for 2 months now. I was hesitant to purchase the 87 as Ive heard alot of talk about stringer and hull issues with these boats after 1985, but after looking the boat over, checking it with a moisture meter and tapping it out, It seemed good enough to me. The boat has 375 original hours, it was never left in the water and was always garage kept. I didnt belive it either until I went to look at the boat. The best part is that we got a super deal on it. We got the boat/trailer for $8900.00 It came out to $9500.00 with tax and dealership paperwork fees. I made a pending offer of $9500 out the door before going to look at the boat and they accepted it. Tim... when are we going to Kelleys??

said it before an i'll say it again. My 'ol 260 was one of the best boats i ever had. Congrats man , you gonna love it. Its very rommy for a 26 footer and handles rough water well. Here some pics of it when i put it up for sale. Out of all the boats i've had this was one of the funnest. A lot of bang for the buck.
