I dont want any BS if you own a Fountain or Cat. Is this true or not. Now this was at a poker run and not at a race. But are these the fastest boats out or just a puffer video?

Yes! And it's all because of that pad bottom that Stepp designed and Reggie stole from him.

Actually the pad bottom was designed by Paul Allison..... and Steve got the idea from him.
