Question Soild Hubs or black composite???

I bought a Merc Revoultion 4 blade prop and since I installed it, its been grinding that black composite hub to shreds. Is this consired a solid hub as compared to the standard rubber hub, or is there one that is made of metal and that I can put on? CP Performance told me its good for up to 400 hp, but this summer I'm upgrading past that and need something stronger without slip.
