2008 OPA Class 4 Points (after 3 rounds)

I'm not 100% sure on the accuracy but I did use the point’s structure from the OPA.pdf rule book so it must be pretty close.

What if boats 5, 6, 7 & 8 Broke out in a race, would boat 5, 6 & 7 get the extra points?

What if a boat breaks coming out to the milling area, does this boat get any points? it didn't start the race. and / or would everyone get an extra point for finishing ahead of a boat that didn't start? Can you "defeat" a boat that didn't make the start? All good questions.
