Gen VI 502 MPI Intake Gaskets

Does anyone know the difference between the Fel Pro 1211 intake manifold gaskets and the Fel Pro 17342 Marine intake manifold gaskets? I am installing the MPI intakes on 1997 Gen VI engines.
