Default Rack to Sell n Tampa Bay - Where to Advertise?

Hello all,

I am selling my rack in the Tampa Bay are for basically what I got into it a year or so ago. Really great deal for a local guy or investor. They are selling for much more through the marina.

Where is the best place to advertise? The local realtor I used got an exclusive and does not to anything for me. Any suggestions would be great.

Thank you

I responded to this one before but apparantly my response was deleted. I am interested as I am moving into the Tampa area next month. Do you have more details?

Curious, what is the dues per month?? We thought of buying one in the WPB area, but then the dues almost were the same as just paying monthly. What pissed me off was they wanted to vary my dues with the boat in the rack they were tryingt o sell me!!!! WTF it was my rac, if I wanted to put a seadoo or a Fountain in what's the diff????

Our maint fees are 180 per month going to 125 or so after the next building is completed. It's the best in the area, great staff new marina, great location etc. Will have club house with pool and restaurant. Have a cool tiki bar now. My rack is gogin for 44k which is what I paid for it and well below what they are selling for now. I just need to get out right now. It would be a great investor opportunity. It fits a 27' boat.

I was very interested untill I saw the 27' comment. I'm in New Port Richey and was looking for something for a while.
To short.
I need a bigger rack to store my stuff. MBR's will do.

they have bigger sizes for sale if you want me to put you in touch with the best guy to speak to. Prices are really very good and marina is the best in the area. You are pretty close.

Shooter,
I have not seen you at the island since last year. Do you still have your boat?
