I checked for threads about getting the right angle and distance on a boat whose wake you intend to jump.

It's like starting a forum to discuss hemmoroids.

You know they exist, but should they really be brought up in public?

I am actually a member there. I own an rxp supercharged and that is about the only forum on the net that has great info on fix-ups and do and don'ts. I was unaware that Jerry sold the site? Bash away!

I've got two standups and have used that site for info in the past...and I am smart enough to head for cruisers when wake jumping...I get a big kick out of those guys on HUGE 3 seaters trying to air it out behind my boat!

oh come on do you really dislike pwc that much ?

ive been driving boats for 26 years and driving pwc(jetskis, waverunners) for 17 years and i cant understand how someone who likes boating doesnt like riding pwc ????( unless your too out of shape or lazy to enjoy a challenge )

especially someone who is into performance boating . nothing is more fun on the water than ripping over a nice chop on a 70mph jetski

.

I've enjoyed driving them on several occassions. They can be a blast. It's the jack azz's operating them idiots that burn me up. Not including you or anyone else who is safe but I've come way to close to running over a few.

Most of the time they are people on vacation from Ohio (sorry guys) or some place that see the ocean 1x a year and take them out with ZERO knowledge

i agree there are some real idiots on pwc fo sho

i just hate when i see people on high performance boating sites generalizing and bashing all pwc

just like i hate when a bunch of f a g s (no homosexuals were harmed in the making of this joke) on regular boats complaing about high performance boats

there is nothing that bothers me more then when someone says "they should ban those things" im equaly bothered when it is said about performance boats or pwc

I never suggested they should be banned from the water.... Unfortunalty here in CA every idiot that can ink a signature has one and heads for open water.

I was just thought the thread on there about the Big Cat Poker run was pretty funny. About the last thing big iron performance boaters want is for a bunch of PWC's to congrigate in the middle of the channel when they blow through.
