What cats out there have semi comfortable cabins in the 24' to 30' range. My 28' profile is fast but not fun to sleep on...I actually made my own cabin in it! A couple come to mind:

Eliminator 28

Conquest Boss cat looks good but I have not seen a good interior pic.

RPM Redline 26 - There is a thread here of one just delivered a few months ago. I believe the guy that has it has REDLINE 26 for a screen name. It is my favorite small cat for sure!

Very useable cabin...not very good pics but the first one while it was being built is of Wayne Tripp 6'3" doing some work in the cabin, I have had 5 adults in the cabin while I was driving in a monsoon and they told me they were quiet comfortable that is with 2 coolers and the berth and 5 adults I will try to get some better pics after the hurricane Gustav
