Yesterday Debi and I had just got back from a nice run from Ogen Dunes over to New Buffalo and were sitting off Boaters Beach when this "noisemaker" approached from Michigan City.
First from a distance I thought it was a cat from the way it was riding on top but as it got closer I could see it was a canopy V-Bottom race boat.We gave 'em the thumbs up as he went by and wicked up on the sticks for us.
Who ever you are we think your ride is really cool...

The new Fountain Outlaw!!!!! Congrats Dan...you had us all running down the docks at Hammond wondering who was making all the noise Sunday morning! Obviously VI drives...but what power?

I was floating outside Michigan City and he went by at a pretty good clip. Stayed on the throttles pretty hard on the way up to New Buffalo. Wonder what power he is running? It sounded pretty healthy!

He put on a real good show for us! Wish I had the camera. That's one sweet sounding boat!

I have herd he is running 525s with #6s. sounds sweet

Dan, awesome boat! You had it tied up in Michigan City near the Yacht Club. We were tied up just around the corner by the lighthouse.

Just stock 525' 6 drives w/crash boxes, and a blast to drive. Smart craft shows 114 mph - I went 105 yesterday. Still a lot of learning to do.

Yeah Dan, that boat is beautiful. Sunday, I did'nt know it was your boat till a guy on the dock said that he saw your truck and trailer in the parking lot. All morning I was askin everyone, who has the yellow/orange Fountain on the lakefront.
Jamie Brown said that it must be your boat, since your truck & trailer are parked in front of mine.
