Default No beeps when turning key!!!

Cruising across the lake, I lost all power. When trying to restart, I noticed there is no beep as there usually is when the ignition is turned. The starter will still go, just no ignition. Sounds like an electrical gremlin!

Its a 2000 454 Mag MPI, any suggestions of where to start?

Thanks in advance!

I have had that problem before. Frustrating it is. I found my problem with a loose connection on the alternator gauge. No beeeep, no start.

I recently had a starter installed with the same problem/ no power/ no beep. Turns out the ground wire was loose (interpret: probably not hooked up).
