I physically saw this boat in the spring. He is the original owner and used it for fishing on Lake Erie and the Detroit River. Engines had lower hours but this guy USED this boat and didn't do much maintenance, fixing, cleaning, etc. He had all of the int. cushions in his basement wrapped in plastic, but they were all dry rotted and needed reupholstering(along with the ENTIRE cabin, headliner, couch and v-buck backs, carpet, ext.). A new rub rail and a number of cosmetic parts needed replacing. Mechanically, the engines needed maintenance along with the drives(bellows and seals never done) and some oil leaking around a few gaskets in the engine compartment. He was pretty firm on the price 18K, although maybe 16.5k at the time. This was back in May and he really didn't seem like he cared if he sold the boat. With the work it needs, the economy, fall season, etc. I'd say 9-10k max. I don't think he'll even consider this.
