have heard good things about the units, do they lower heat in engine so higher boosts can be ran without detonation, who 's system would you guys recommend. are they worth it and how much are they?

Brad Zastrow installed an ICE System this year on his 39 MTI. It looks like its made from the highest quality components and it really does the trick for lower combustion temps and letting you run less octane with the injection.
Others will chime in. There are alot of setups out there, just be sure of what youre buying.

The Ice systems works very well. Boost pressure turns it on. I used O2 sensors in the tails and EGT in the exhaust so the engine could be dialed in. This is critical to dial in the engine. I ended up pulling 10 jet sizes out of the carbs as it was too fat with the meth injection. Allows me to run 12 lbs of boost on 93 octane gas. With the stock jetting setup the EGT temp would drop 200 degrees as the meth comes on at 8# boost.
