Hi All-

Well I have been doing some research for about six months on full wrap around windsheilds. I have been working with an OEM and finally think I came up with a nice windsheild for a 30 Motion. In the picutures the windsheild is just held on by a few bolts so it might look a little off. I had to make some measurements to finish the rest of the parts needed. I just thought I would show some before and after pictures.

Don - that looks OUTSTANDING! Really changes the look of the boat. Looking forward to seeing the final product. Plus its low enough not to affect access to the bow. Congrats - GREAT JOB!

Thanks! I really think this is going to work well. My last motion I had I built windscreens for it and was never really happy with them. The boat has a long way to go before its done but it should be a 1 of a kind when I am done.

How are you going to attach it so it doesn't vibrate and rattle? I attacehed mine with nylock nuts, and now I am adding little rubber wachers.

The company I bought the windsheild from also gave me the part numbers needed to mount the windsheild to the boat. It has plastic inserts, washers, and nyloc nuts for the screws.

Maritime, where did you get your windshield? how much? thanks

I will call them tomorrow and ask if it is OK..... I don't think there will be a problem. I just don't want to make anyone mad.
