87 21' scarab 1

Just bought a mint 87 scarab 1 21' Has new 5.7 260 any help on what to look for problem wise or to help performance wise thanx guys

Make sure the transom is solid, remove the tips to check for rot. Make sure when you install them you seal them up real good.
